Welcome to GI Expo Events & Livestock! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.giexpoevents.com (“Site”) and the services we provide (“Services”). By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, interfere with Site functionality, attempt unauthorized access, misuse contact forms, or engage in conduct that may harm GI Expo Events & Livestock, other users, event organizers, visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, or third-party partners.
2. Phone, Email, and SMS Communications
When you submit a form, contact us, or request information through the Site, you agree that GI Expo Events & Livestock may contact you by phone or email regarding your inquiry, event details, venue availability, site tour, sponsorship request, visitor question, or related service needs.
By opting in through our website form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from GI Expo Events & Livestock related to your inquiry, site tour, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, venue availability, sponsorship inquiry, visitor inquiry, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS communications are not a condition of purchase, booking, sponsorship, or event attendance and are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
3. A2P Compliance
GI Expo Events & Livestock complies with A2P 10DLC regulations for local and toll-free messaging. We reserve the right to modify our messaging practices to comply with carrier or legal requirements.
4. Event Inquiries, Venue Availability, and Bookings
Submitting an event inquiry, sponsorship inquiry, visitor inquiry, or site tour request through the Site does not guarantee venue availability, event approval, pricing, booking confirmation, sponsorship approval, ticket availability, camping availability, or use of any specific building or space.
All venue rentals, livestock shows, conferences, trade shows, weddings, social events, sponsorships, ticketed events, vendor participation, camping arrangements, and related services may be subject to separate written agreements, proposals, contracts, deposits, payment terms, cancellation terms, insurance requirements, facility rules, event policies, and final approval by GI Expo Events & Livestock.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Venue specifications, capacity, layouts, amenities, available buildings, event dates, services, and policies may vary by event, season, setup, and contractual agreement.
5. Event, Campus, Vendor, and Facility Policies
Use of GI Expo Events & Livestock facilities may be subject to event-specific, campus-specific, and contract-specific rules. These may include policies related to alcohol service, catering, outside vendors, food trucks, security, parking, pets, livestock, camping, load-in, load-out, setup access, teardown access, equipment, signage, accessibility, and attendee conduct.
All alcohol service must follow GI Expo Events & Livestock policies and applicable laws. Outside caterers, food trucks, vendors, exhibitors, and event service providers may require prior approval and may be subject to additional rules, fees, or requirements.
GI Expo Events & Livestock reserves the right to deny, modify, restrict, or cancel use of its facilities where necessary to protect safety, comply with law, enforce policies, manage scheduling, or protect the campus, facilities, guests, staff, exhibitors, animals, vendors, sponsors, and event attendees.
6. Ticketing and Third-Party Services
Certain public events, ticketed events, maps, lodging resources, partner information, or other services may link to third-party websites or platforms. GI Expo Events & Livestock is not responsible for third-party websites, ticketing platforms, payment processors, lodging providers, or external services.
Ticket purchases, refunds, exchanges, event admission, and related ticketing matters may be governed by the terms and policies of the applicable ticketing provider or event organizer.
7. Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship opportunities listed on the Site are informational and do not guarantee availability, approval, exclusivity, pricing, placement, impressions, naming rights, event rights, signage, booth space, digital exposure, or final sponsorship terms.
All sponsorship opportunities are subject to review, approval, written agreement, and applicable event or facility requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by GI Expo Events & Livestock or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, or use content from the Site without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
